Rodrock Development showcases more than 25 homes from area’s top builders in Spring Parade

The housing industry is rolling out its finest during Kansas City’s annual Spring Parade of Homes. From April 29th through May 14th, more than 300 homes are open to the public for free tours from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.

More than 25 homes, spread throughout nine of Rodrock’s most popular communities, are opening their doors for this spring’s Parade, including Greens of Chapel Creek in Shawnee; Arbor Lake in Lenexa; Mission Ranch, and Sundance Ridge in Overland Park; and Arbor Woods, Forest View, Stonebridge Pointe, Stonebridge Park, and Stonebridge Trails in Olathe.

Tour-goers need look no further than Sundance Ridge just east of Mission Road on 175th Street to find nine exceptional homes on Parade. Rodrock Homes is introducing eight brand-new model homes this spring. This includes two new plans, the Campbell and Providence, boasting the latest in floor plans and design trends.
