Blood Cancer United (formerly The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society®) is a global leader in the fight against cancer. Its mission is to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. BCU funds lifesaving blood cancer research around the world, provides free information and support services, and is the voice for all blood cancer patients seeking access to quality, affordable, coordinated care.

$2,000 will be provided by Rodrock Development to builder and passed through to buyer at closing. Proof of service required.

Braden's Hope for Childhood Cancer is dedicated to raising awareness and funds for childhood cancer research to advance cures for children. They deliver hope to the children and families and are dedicated to accelerate the fight against childhood cancer by funding cutting-edge research.

The Kansas City Metropolitan Crime Commission furthers its mission to power a safer, better Greater Kansas City community through its four programs: the Greater Kansas City Crime Stoppers TIPS Hotline, the Metropolitan Community Service Program (MCSP), Second Chance Risk Reduction Center, and the Surviving Spouse and Family Endowment Fund (SAFE).

Held in Overland Park, the Kansas City India Fest celebrates the history and culture of India. In addition to being a vibrant cultural celebration for the community, the festival offers an opportunity for guests of all ages to explore the art and customs of India and features authentic cuisine, traditional clothing, henna and numerous vendors.
